PETAPETA: School of Nightmares is Omochi Studio's school-set Roblox horror spin-off of the hotel PETAPETA. You spawn in an abandoned Japanese school, hunt symbol-matched keys, and open the courtyard gate while PETAPETA patrols the halls. Hide in lockers when the screen goes red. Is PETAPETA School of Nightmares a Roblox game?
Yes. Omochi Studio released it on Roblox on 7 October 2024. It is a school-set spin-off of the hotel PETAPETA experience, not a Steam title.
How many keys do I need to escape?
Solo, three keys open the courtyard gate. Extra players add extra padlocks. Each key only fits the lock whose symbol matches the handle. Details live in how to find keys.
Are there working promo codes?
As of September 2026 Omochi Studio has not published active Twitter-style promo codes for School of Nightmares. In-run locker puzzles are not redeemable codes. Recheck the codes hub after events.
Which languages are supported?

Can I play with friends?
Yes. The experience supports online co-op in the school and a separate PvP ranked queue where one side plays as PETAPETA. See PvP and the players hub.
